Armillary Rings - Show Transition - Look Dev
By October 2021, I worked with Thinkwell Studio Montreal, on the look development of the 3D rings transition for the Armillary Show, a half dome video show, to be one of the experiences in the new SeaWorld of Abu Dhabi.
The brief was to create an "armillary sphere" inspired structure, that match the physical decor, and could rotate around the audience during the scenes transitions.
Due to the final resolution of 12k 60fps, most of the details had to be done in geometry.
